i am officially convinced that milo is secretly a cow in disguise.
Okay so tomorrow im committing to fit and im going to do the following things:
- Eat less than i have been the past few weeks
- Eat better than i have been the past few weeks
- Write all of it down in my little purple note book
- Post it on my ‘life’ blog so that i will have more encouragement
that’s all until next week starting next week i will
- go to the gym every first day for an hour doing 30 minutes on the eliptical and 30 minutes on the tredmill
- go to the gym every second day for 45 minutes doing 30 minutes on the eliptical and the rest doing strength training.
why? I have gained 15 pounds in the last month and a half and being that its spring its the worst time to gain weight and its not really about losing weight even its just about feeling good about myself again so i will be excited to get back to the gym next week. :)
